All items sold are vintage and/or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Vintage items may show signs of age, wear, and patina that are considered part of their charm. Please read descriptions carefully and review photos prior to purchase. Photos are considered part of the item description.

We do our best to describe items accurately and in good faith. Due to the nature of vintage items, minor variation, wear, and patina may be present.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Returned items must be packed securely and returned in the same condition as received, unaltered, and with all included parts/accessories. Refunds for returns are issued once the item is received back to us and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging/box so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Vintage electrical items are tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to work upon arrival. However, due to age and limited replacement parts, we cannot guarantee long-term longevity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auntie Nen’s Stuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased through this site.
