The Zephyr Lily pattern was made around 1946 and included a number of shapes, including this charming jade jardiniere.  One side features a detailed pink lily, the other side has a yellow one, each with the concentric swirls of the background pattern that look to me like rippling water. It’s in excellent condition with no chips or cracks; there is some crazing of the glaze as generally seen on a piece this age.

This beautiful basket with an offset, art deco inspired handle has earthy green and orange hues.  Both sides feature a detailed yellow lily. It’s in excellent condition with no chips or cracks; there is some slight crazing of the glaze, less than generally seen on a piece this age.  Ships free in the continental US.  Signature Gift Wrap available- please select option at checkout.

Watch for more beautiful (not) new art pottery coming soon!

Finding the Value of Vintage Corningware: More Than Just a Casserole Dish

That familiar white dish with the little blue flowers. It’s been sitting in your cupboard for years, maybe even decades. It was your mom’s. Maybe your grandma’s. It’s baked a thousand lasagnas and seen you through countless family potlucks. You’ve probably wondered, while wrestling with its stubborn lid, “Is this
