Refund Policy

At Auntie Nen’s Stuff, we believe in treating people the way Aunt Nen would — with honesty, kindness, and a good dose of common sense.
Because most of our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase — and we know that sometimes things just don’t match up once they’re in your hands.
Reasonable Exceptions
We may offer a refund when size, color, or condition were not clear in the photos or description. Every situation is different, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may issue:
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
- A return approval
In the case of returns, credit will be issued once the item arrives back to us in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the buyer.
Restored Appliances
All restored appliances are tested and described in detail. If a mechanical issue arises within 7 days of delivery, please reach out. We’ll do our best to troubleshoot or resolve the issue fairly.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Save all packaging
- Take clear photos of the item and box
- Email us at hello@auntienensstuff.com within 48 hours
We’ll file a claim and make it right.
