Shipping

We carefully pack all items to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary by destination, carrier, weather, and seasonal volume.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes (where applicable). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returned items must be packed securely and returned in the same condition as received, unaltered, and with all included parts/accessories.

Refunds for returns are issued once the item arrives back to us and is inspected.

Items returned with missing parts, damage, signs of use beyond what was present at delivery, or alterations may not be eligible for return and/or may be subject to a deduction.

Damage in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In order to process a refund or replacement, we require:

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the internal packaging
• Photos of the outer box (including the shipping label)

Refunds for shipping damage will be processed upon receipt of the required photos.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Vintage Electrical Items (Appliances)

Auntie Nen repairs, reconditions, and tests every vintage electrical item for proper and safe operation before it leaves our studio. We guarantee this item will be in working order upon arrival.

Due to the nature of vintage products and the scarcity of replacement parts, we cannot guarantee the long-term longevity of these items.

By plugging any device into a power source, the user assumes responsibility for safe operation.
